What we do:
There are certain things that a home needs in order to be sold or rented. If you’re not certain what needs to be done, call us, or have your realtor call us to discuss a game plan.
You may be familiar with the term “staging a property.” What we do is get the home ready to be staged. We call this “pre-staging.”
Our goal is to assist homeowners and/or realtors in preparing a residence for rental or sale. In consultation with the client, we will tailor each contract to suit the needs of the project and to bring out the best in the property.
Our general pre-occupancy/home preparation process includes:
- Junk removal
- Full clean-out of all structures: home, garage, basement (as needed)
- Light handyman tasks
- Painting
- Deep, thorough cleaning of the entire space, including floors and carpets
- Steam cleaning of specified areas
