Don’t want to hire a contractor just to change a few light bulbs or hang some pictures? Are there a few nagging tasks that need to be done around your house, but you just don’t have time? Do you have an elderly or disabled family member that you can’t help because you are stuck at work?
Based on market demand, Spotless Spaces has developed a Pre-Paid Handyman service to accommodate those situations. Depending on the maintenance needs of the individual, plans range from $30 dollars per month (just in case) to $180 dollars per month (which includes weekly check ups).
Listed below are a few areas where Spotless Spaces can help. Services range from changing light bulbs to light carpentry, but exclude projects that require a contracting license, such as structural work, plumbing and electrical. If you’re not sure, just give us a call!
