Spotless Spaces, LLC is a commercial cleaning and property maintenance company. Based out of Wakefield, MA, Spotless Spaces covers the majority of northeastern Massachusetts.

The two owners of the company, Sam Hochberg and Greg Anderson, have combined their expertise to form an experienced, reliable, customer-oriented cleaning service.

Sam Hochberg has been working in the cleaning and handyman industries for more than 10 years as an independent contractor.  He has provided these services to residential customers throughout the North Shore.  The demand for Sam’s residential services over the years has continued to grow rapidly through word-of-mouth, a testament to his reliability and the quality of his work. As we all know, the most reliable reference is one from a friend.

Greg Anderson contributes his knowledge of the real estate market from his work in consumer finance, mortgages and property management at one of the countries top publicly traded companies. Greg has proven management experience and prides himself on his stellar customer service.
